Is it required to register at the time of purchase in the internet store www.8togo.lt?
It is not necessary, but if you register:
- you will be able to conveniently track your orders;
- you will be able to repeat the orders (click on “I want to make a new order” on the review page of the order);
- when you make another purchase you will need no filling in the big amount of information;
How can I find out the status of my order?
Click on “Track the order” and enter your order number. If you are a registered member, you may track the orders on the page “Purchase history”.
How long will it take to deliver the product?
In 3-5 business days, if the product is in the storage. If the desired product is not in the storage, we will deliver your order in approx. 4 weeks, the shipping costs will be covered by 8ToGo. You will see the time of delivery when you select products. If we could not deliver your order in the mentioned period of time, we will contact you immediately after the submission of the order.
How much does the shipping of orders cost?
The shipping will not cost to you if you buy products for 87 EUR and more. In other case, the shipping costs 4 EUR for one package to any place of Lithuania.
How will I get my package?
The shipment will be delivered to you by our logistics partner VENIPAK courier, who will contact you by the telephone specified before the delivery.
Can I take an ordered product myself?
Yes. When you receive the notice upon the readiness of the product, you will be able to take it in the store which you have indicated.
How can I pay for the products?
You may pay by a credit card, internet banking and direct payment.
Will I be able to return the product if it turns out that I have selected a wrong size?
Yes. You may return the product in 120 days if it has not been worn and has all the original labels. You can find more information
here. When returning the product, you need to dispatch a document which proves the purchase (the cheque or invoice) and fully completed return/exchange form.
If I have decided to return the product, when will I get my money back? Who pays for the shipping of the product being returned?
The buyer pays for the shipping of the product being returned. As soon as we receive the returned product and make sure that it has not been worn, damaged and has all its original labels, we will return your money back in 2 business days.
Where is the school clothing you sell made?
A major part of the school clothing is made in Lithuania. Some of the products are made in other EU countries due to the specifics.
What is the best way to care for the clothing?
You need to thoroughly read and strictly follow the instructions specified in the maintenance label of the product. You can find more information

Are the prices of your products indicated with VAT?
Yes, the prices of all the products sold on the website are indicated with VAT.
